Cake Flavours

All my cakes are home baked using the freshest and tastiest ingredients available. Meaning that your cake will taste as amazing as it looks!

Here are my flavours which you can choose from – other flavours may be available on request.

Signature chocolate mud: A tried and tested recipe using the perfect combination of ingredients to produce a decadent moist chocolate cake – definately our most popular!


White chocolate mud: A delicate moist cake using delicious creamy white chocolate. Finished with layers of creamy white chocolate ganache.



Marble mud: For those who want the best of both worlds, this cake is a swirled combination of our Signature chocolate mud and White chocolate mud cake.

Tempting Tiramisu: Our marbled mud cake layered with a fresh coffee and (homemade) caramel swiss meringue buttercream. 


Raspberry swirl:  Our creamy white chocolate mud cake layered with swirls of crushed fresh raspberries folded through creamy white chocolate ganache. The tartness from the raspberries combined with the sweet white chocolate, make this a perfect combination.


Lemon & Passionfruit: Our white chocolate mud cake drizzled with homemade lemon syrup and torted  with a fresh lemon and passionfruit buttercream.

Salted Caramel Delight: Your choice of white or dark mud cake layered with our creamy homemade salted caramel buttercream. For a twist substitute a layer of the buttercream for a dark or white chocolate ganache.


Vanilla bean: Made with wholesome buttermilk and real vanilla bean makes this cake deliciously moist and tasty. Not as dense as mud cake but still a crowd pleaser. Vary it with the following suggestions:    chocolate chips, ground almonds, fresh orange & lemon zest, coconut, coffee…..


Cupcake Flavours: Chocolate, White Chocolate, Raspberry Swirl, Butterscotch & Almond, Orange & Poppy Seed, Citrus, Vanilla Bean, Marble, Choc-Chip & Jaffa Swirl.
